1. This limited warranty is against manufacturer's defects. Damage due to abuse,misuse, neglect or usual wear and tear is not covered.

2. During warranty period, TOTAL KNIFE CARE can choose to either repair or replace item without charge when found to be defective under normal operations. Customer is responsible for all freight charges.

3. Warranty period for following products

a) Knife sharpener:

Professional Knife Sharpener (Commercial Use) KE-280:

One-year parts and labour

Domestic Knife Sharpener (Domestic Use) KE-198:

Domestic use: Two years parts and labour

Commercial use: Six months parts and labour

 

b) HS-109 Stainless Sharpeners Shelf and Knives Storage unit and MT-300 I.O. Shen Wall Mounted Magnetic Knife Holder: two years

c) Sharpening wheels: One year (No replacement or repair after use)  

d) Knives

I.O.Shen Triplex 3-layer Stainless Steel Chefs Knives: Three years  

To return merchandise for repair or replacement, please mail to, Total Knife Care, PO Box 258 Ashgrove, Queensland 4060 along with proof of purchase during warranty period.

Customer is responsible for all freight charges.
