I.O.Shen knives are crafted from quality stainless steel using the superior Triplex Technology. This technology combines a core of ultra hard steel with softer shock absorbing steel to produce a stronger, longer lasting knife-edge. Each knife has been individually sharpened to a 15-degree angle to ensure accurate slicing every time.
The unique handle is an extension of the knife blade and is an integral element of the design. Not only is it artistic and the full Tang construction provides strength, enhanced balance and precision control.
