All shipping is done via Australia Post Eparcel or Fastway. If your email address is supplied to us we will email you the consignment number of the parcel so you can track its progress.
Goods will be shipped within two business days from order placement. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.
Australia: Delivery is made using Australia Post Eparcel Service or Fastway.
New Zealand: Australia Post (Signature required).
Australia Post estimates delivery time within Australia to be approximately 5 to 10 business days. Please note that payment by Direct Deposit, Cheque, Money Order or cheque can delay shipment by several days.
Total Knife Care endeavours to maintain stock of its entire product range but occasionally shortages will occur.
Your parcel will be delivered during normal business hours.
Returns & Exchanges
Total Knife Care will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. To return any item for any reason the customer must arrange for return postage by Australia Post. Total Knife Care will refund the cost of normal registered post for any return where Total Knife Care was at fault.
Total Knife Care will replace any undamaged item within 30 days of purchase as long as the purchase is returned in its original condition including its packaging. Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refunded for incorrect choice, and are to be returned to Total Knife Care at the customer’s cost and risk.
In order to process your return of goods, please be sure to include the following information:

- The reason for the return

A staff member will contact you to arrange a refund if we are unable to replace or exchange the goods returned. We can process the refund by either reimbursing your credit card or posting a cheque.
