Sharpening Rod

Nirey now stocks three classic combination stones: 120/320 grit for a quick fix or to reprofile damaged knives; 240/800 grit - the perfect all rounder and the 1000/3000 grit for the purists.

Nirey Knife Guide:

The hardest thing about sharpening a knife on a whetstone is knowing what angle to hold your knife, in relation to the stone. Nirey has a solution - The Nirey Knife Guide. Simply clip the guide to the back of your knife for the perfect angle every time.

Diamond Retractable Sharpeners:

The best way to sharpen your bread knife is using a diamond retractable sharpener (pictured). This sharpener also has the ability to sharpen fish hooks by using the same indent that reprofiles the points on your bread knife.
